Group Fitness Bootcamps

Bootcamps are full body workouts that are designed to burn maximum calories and fat, while toning muscle and increasing your cardiovascular strength. My spring, summer and fall bootcamps are held outdoors in Best Family Park in Newmarket- classes run  Monday & Wednesday evenings from 7:30 pm-8:30pm.  This park provides variety of terrains allowing us to do obsticle courses, interval training, plyometertics, drills and much more.  Come on out and try out a class for FREE!
